Stream to LiveSure using OBS Studio

Before opening OBS, prepare your stream address:

1. Go to the Livestream section on the left sidebar.
2. Click your Event card to enter the console.
3. In the Stream Source tab (below the player), click Copy next to the SRT URL or RTMP Server URL.

Now, let's wire up OBS. Open OBS Studio and follow these precise steps:

A. Open Stream Settings:
Click Settings in the bottom-right "Controls" panel, then select Stream from the left-hand menu.

B. Set Service Type:
Change the Service dropdown menu to Custom....

C. Enter Connection Details:

• For SRT (Recommended): Paste the SRT URL into Server. Leave Stream Key empty.
• For RTMP: Paste RTMP Server URL into Server and RTMP Stream KEY into Stream Key.

Before hitting "Start Streaming", you need to tell OBS what to capture. In the Sources panel at the bottom, click the [+] icon:

• Screen/Desktop Share: Select Display Capture. This will stream everything visible on your monitor.
• Websites: Select Browser. Enter the URL of the webpage you want to show. You can interact with it by right-clicking the source and choosing "Interact".
• Local Video Files: Select Media Source. Browse and select your video file. Tip: Check "Loop" if you want the video to repeat.
• Webcam: Select Video Capture Device to add your camera feed.

1. Check your Output settings to ensure your bitrate is set (e.g., 4000 Kbps).
2. Click Start Streaming in OBS.
3. Monitor the LiveSure Livestreming Console. Your video will appear in the preview player shortly!
