After your live event ends, you can manage how viewers watch the recorded session through the Replay Settings dashboard.
⚠️ Important: Data Retention Policy
Once your event ends, the system automatically sets the raw stream recording as the default replay. However, please note that this recording is a temporary file and will be deleted after 7 days. To ensure your replay is saved permanently, you must use the Clip tool to trim the video and select "Save to Media Center".
1. Access Replay Menu
Open your event management page and click Replay Settings in the header. Here you can toggle the replay feature On or Off.
2. Select Your Replay Source
Default Recording Temporary: Streams the raw footage automatically. Best for immediate access, but expires in 1 week.
Media Center Video Permanent: Allows you to pick a processed video or a clip you've saved. This is the only way to ensure the replay stays active indefinitely.
3. How to Make a Replay Permanent
Go to the Clip tab to trim your broadcast.
Click Generate Clip.
Select Save to Media Center from the action list.
Go back to Replay Settings and choose this synced video as your source.
