The livesure.tv website and services (the "Services") are operated by Hangzhou Liuyun Technology Co., Ltd.(杭州流韵科技有限公司). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with global standards.

1. DATA SECURITY & INFRASTRUCTURE

We use enterprise-grade security to protect your information:

• Cloud Security: All user data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which complies with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards.
• Encryption: We utilize SSL/TLS 1.2+ for data in transit and AES-256 for sensitive tokens at rest.
• Access Control: We enforce strict internal identity management; no human personnel have access to your private API keys or tokens.

2. DATA SHARING, TRANSFER & DISCLOSURE

LiveSure does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or Google user data with any third-party entities. Data is only handled as follows:

• Infrastructure: Data is transferred to AWS solely for secure hosting and processing. AWS is contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us.
• No Third-party Marketing: We never share Google user data or personal info with advertising networks or data brokers.
• No AI Training: We do not use your personal data, video content, or Google user data to train, retrain, or fine-tune any machine learning or AI models.
• Legal Necessity: We may disclose data only if required by law or a valid government request.

3. YOUTUBE API SERVICES & GOOGLE USER DATA

Our Services use YouTube API Services to facilitate cloud-based live streaming. By using LiveSure, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service andGoogle Privacy Policy.

LiveSure's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. META (FACEBOOK) PLATFORM DATA

When you connect your Facebook account, we access specific information to facilitate live streaming to your Pages. We strictly comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

LiveSure does not use these permissions to access your private messages, personal timeline posts, or any data unrelated to the live streaming service you have authorized.

5. COOKIES & CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Children: Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We retain your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services.You have full control over your data through the following methods:

• Account Deletion: You can choose to delete your account directly through the "Settings" menu in the LiveSure dashboard. Upon deletion, all personal data and API tokens stored on AWS will be permanently purged from our databases within 48 hours.
• Manual Request: You may submit a data deletion request by emailing us at contact@livesure.tv. We will process your request and remove your data from our systems within 2 business days.
• Revoking Third-Party Access (External Management):You can also manage or revoke LiveSure’s access to your social media accounts at any time via the platforms' official security settings:
  • Manage/Revoke Google & YouTube Permissions
  • Manage/Revoke Facebook (Meta) Business Tool Permissions
